Volward is a temporary onward ticket booking service. The service allows you to obtain proof of onward or return travel, in the form of a real flight reservation with a valid PNR (Passenger Name Record), designed to satisfy airline and immigration requirements.

Bookings made through Volward are temporary reservations that automatically expire after 48 hours. No flight is actually purchased or issued as a final ticket.

• One-way : a one-way flight booking, starting at $14 (1 passenger included, +$5/additional passenger).
• Round-trip : a round-trip flight booking, starting at $21 (1 passenger included, +$7/additional passenger).
• Flexible option (+$7) : allows one change to the date, destination, or passenger name after booking.
• 'Activate Later' option (+$2) : receive an activation link by email and trigger the booking whenever you're ready, within 72 hours.

All bookings are temporary and automatically expire 48 hours after creation. After this period, the PNR is cancelled by the airline with no action required on your part.

For the 'Activate Later' option, the activation link is valid for 72 hours after payment. The booking itself then expires 48 hours after activation.

Payment is processed by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe platform. The full amount is charged at the time of purchase. No hidden fees apply. Prices are listed in US dollars ($), tax included.

Instant delivery : your ticket (PDF with PNR) is generated and sent by email within seconds of payment.

Deferred delivery : an activation link is sent by email. The ticket is generated when you activate the link.

A full automatic refund is issued in case of a technical failure during booking creation or if no flights are available for the requested route.

No refund is possible in case of expired activation period, unused ticket within 48 hours, or incorrect passenger details.

The Flexible option allows one modification: change of departure date, destination, or passenger name. The modification must be requested by email before the booking expires.

Volward acts as a booking intermediary. We are not an airline and do not guarantee acceptance of the ticket by immigration authorities. The customer is responsible for checking the entry requirements of their destination country.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
