Refund Policy

Automatic Refund

Volward issues a full, automatic refund in the following cases:

  • Technical failure : if our system fails to create the flight booking after payment, you are automatically refunded.
  • No flights available : if no flights are available for the requested route and date, you are automatically refunded.

In these cases, the refund is initiated immediately and will appear on your bank statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-refundable cases

No refund is possible in the following situations:

  • Expired activation period : if you chose the 'Activate Later' option and did not activate your ticket within 72 hours of payment.
  • Unused ticket : tickets expire automatically after 48 hours. Natural expiry does not qualify for a refund, as the service (booking creation) has been delivered.
  • Incorrect details : if you provide incorrect passenger information (first name, last name), the booking is created with that data and cannot be refunded.
  • Immigration refusal : Volward does not guarantee acceptance of the ticket by immigration authorities. Entry refusal does not qualify for a refund.

Flexible Option

If you purchased the Flexible option (+$7), you may request a modification (date, destination, or passenger name) instead of a refund. The Flexible option itself is not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Automatic refunds require no action on your part. If you believe you are entitled to a refund in another case, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services. By placing your order, you agree that the service is executed immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.
